What is Mental Health: M.A.P.
Mental Health: My Action Plan (M.A.P.) is all about you and what you can do to have the best possible mental health. It’s about giving you tools to help you take control of your recovery from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or other mental illnesses.
Mental Health: M.A.P. was inspired, designed, developed and guided by individuals who have been affected by mental illness. It draws from a variety of sources and perspectives and captures the experiences of individuals and their loved ones who have been there – people who have gone through their own recovery journeys and who now share their experiences with others. Mental Health M.A.P. takes a holistic approach, helping you to take control of your recovery and continue your path to wellness. Your entries and plans are entirely confidential unless you choose to share them with someone you want to support you.
